If they don't reply within that period, you can make a claim in the courts
online:
https://www.moneyclaim.gov.uk/csmco2/index.jsp
It costs £30 but if you win, they will have to send you, the money they owe you plus the £30 you've spent on the claim.
Mobile dealers don't have the resources to make an appeareance for every court claim they get, which means
that in most cases they don't even show up in court or defend their case.
Write to your mobile network. They are well aware that Phones2udirect and others like them are
doing this and not only allow it but also encourage this practice. They are also the ones who are taking advantage of this
scam and should be liable to pay you back if their dealer is not. I recommend you write to someone from their PR
department rather than Customer Services and copy BBC watchdog and as many newspapers you can. The world needs to know!!!
If you don't get anywhere, or the company who sold you the phone has gone into liquidation, you can join this
group of conned consumers are trying to get together for a class action against the networks to try to claim the money they
are owed. If you would like to join them feel free to email them at;
phonestoudirect.classaction@yahoo.co.uk
